Stage 1

Project Outline
Drape & Stitch commences each project by understanding our clients’ needs and expectations. Our team conducts in-depth research to align with your company's vision and values. In this preliminary stage, we gather all necessary information and discuss key details such as goals, budgets, timelines, concepts, and logistics.
Stage 2

Initial Design
Our team excels at translating your company's vision and values into distinctive uniforms. We start by sketching initial concepts to capture and reflect your brand's culture, heritage, and venue by exploring a range of designs and styles, honing a perfect blend of style, fit, and durability.
Stage 3
|
Design Development
After selecting the preferred concepts, our design team refines and develops these ideas into detailed designs along with fabric and trim suggestions to indicate color and texture. From there, our designers prepare technical packs, and once all details are approved, we proceed to the sampling stage.
Stage 4
|
Sampling
Our final designs are transformed into samples, allowing us to turn each design piece into a reality. This stage is crucial for making any necessary changes to achieve the best version of each item, as we work extensively with our clients to bring their uniforms to life.
Stage 5
|
Quality Control
All components are sourced from high-end suppliers, guaranteeing each item showcases premium quality and comfort. Once received, our team conducts meticulous testing to confirm each piece is flawless and capable of handling everyday wear.
Stage 6
|
Production
Once the size breakdown for the staff is finalized, we initiate your full production. During this step, our team communicates with our factory for updates to ensure quality and consistency in every detail. Your uniforms are then packaged with care and shipped to our warehouse
Stage 7
|
Shipping and Handling
Once the full production is received in our warehouse, we complete a final quality check and direct all orders out to our clients. All shipments are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner.
Stage 8
|
Post-sale Service
Drape & Stitch offers a complimentary stock program to each of our clients. Our team manages your uniform stock and helps you replenish on demand. Each client benefits from having a dedicated Account Manager & Designer to support your organization. Whether it’s replenishing stock or providing a new design direction for your uniforms, we’re here for you beyond your uniform needs!
