Wire Transfers

$35 fee applies for amounts under $5,000.

Sales Tax

  • Canadian residents/businesses: Applicable Canada Sales Tax.
  • U.S. residents/businesses: Applicable State Sales Tax.

*A $25 service charge applies to any returned check.

Shipping and Fulfilment

Samples
  • Samples require a deposit and are refundable only if returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • No returns are accepted for custom samples.
  • No returns are accepted on bulk, customized or production orders.
Fulfillment Times
  • Your inventory with us: up to 5 business days.
  • Non-embroidered orders: up to 5 business days.
  • Embroidered orders: Allow an additional 10 business days.
  • Production orders: Allow 4-6 weeks for our factory to manufacture.
  • Fulfillment times do not include transit time.
Shipping Details
  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • All orders ship via UPS Ground and may take up to 7 business days after fulfillment.
  • Expedited shipping is available upon request*

*Upgraded shipping reduces transit time only and does not affect fulfillment speed.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions).
